A small, brown mouse born in Mr. Pajolly's Pet Shop has an incredible gift for escaping. He is trained by his Pappy to escape from every cage in the pet shop. One day, the mouse is adopted by a small human with tight blond curls and is given a name, Hero. Desperate to let his family know that he is okay, Hero travels through the ventilation system of the building. However, his escape does not go unnoticed.
